For law firms
Be the first firm they hear from.
First60 answers every new client inquiry in under 60 seconds, asks the right intake questions, and books the consultation into your calendar. Built for small law firms, using the tools you already have. Live in 14 days.
Administrative intake only · Attorney stays in control · No new software to learn
The problem
The firm that replies first usually wins the client.
People looking for a lawyer often contact several firms at once. Whoever replies first gets the conversation, and usually the case. Most firms are slower than they think.
13 minutes
median response time to web inquiries across more than 1,300 law firms
26%
of law firms never responded to a web inquiry at all
Only 25%
responded in under 5 minutes

"Every inquiry left waiting is a client who may sign with someone else tonight."
How it works
From inquiry to booked consultation, automatically.

Step 1
An inquiry arrives.
Through your website form, your intake email, or a call your team couldn't answer.

Step 2
First60 replies in under 60 seconds.
A warm, professional message by text and email, day or night, in English, Spanish and other languages.

Step 3
Quick intake questions.
Case type, location, urgency and availability, plus the details you need for your conflict check.

Step 4
The consultation is booked.
The person picks a time in your calendar, and gets reminders so they show up.

Step 5
Your team gets a summary.
Every lead is logged in your system with a short summary, so the attorney walks into the consultation prepared.

Missed calls too
When a call goes unanswered, First60 texts the caller right away so they don't call the next firm on their list.
Works with your tools
No new software. We connect what you already use.
Most firms already pay for good tools. The problem is that nothing connects them, so leads wait. First60 ties them together so every inquiry flows from first contact to booked consultation without anyone lifting a finger.

Ethics built in
Designed around your ethical obligations from day one.
No legal advice, ever.
First60 handles administrative intake only. It never evaluates a case, quotes fees or promises representation.
Clear disclosures.
Every conversation states that it's an automated assistant and that no attorney-client relationship exists yet.
You stay in control.
Every lead goes to your team, and only an attorney decides whether to take a matter. You approve all scripts before launch.
Confidential by design.
Data stays in accounts your firm owns, access is restricted, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Consent handled properly.
Text replies only with consent, easy opt-out, and recording notices where required.
Sensitive practice areas.
Safe-contact questions for family law clients, and careful, multilingual messaging for immigration clients.
Our setup follows ABA guidance on AI in legal practice, including Formal Opinion 512. Please confirm it fits your state bar's specific rules; we're happy to adjust anything.
Security and data
Your clients' information stays protected and stays yours.
- Two-factor authentication
- Encrypted credential storage
- Firm-owned accounts
- Client data never used to train AI models
- Data deleted or returned when an engagement ends

Who you'll work with

Muhammad Arham
Founder, First60
I started First60 after seeing how many good businesses lose customers simply because they reply too slowly. I design systems that answer every inquiry instantly, book appointments, and keep your team in control. Every setup is built, tested, and supported by me personally.

Frequently asked questions
Will the AI give legal advice?
No. First60 only handles administrative intake: contact details, case type, location, urgency and scheduling. Anything legal goes to your attorneys.
Do I need to switch software?
No. We connect the tools you already use. If you don't have an intake system, we set up a simple one.

What if someone needs to talk to a person?

What if something breaks?
Every system has fallbacks. If any step fails, the inquiry still reaches your team immediately, and we're alerted to fix it.
How long until it's live?
14 days from kickoff. Your team needs about two hours in total: one kickoff call, script approval and a short training.
Is there a long contract?
No. Setup is a one-time fee, and the Care plan is month to month.
