Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains how First60, a service of Cloudify Inc., based in Chicago, Illinois, collects and uses information on our website and in the systems we build for clients.
1. Information we collect on our website
- Audit and contact requests: your name, firm name, website and email address
- Bookings: the details you enter when scheduling a call
- Emails: the content of messages you send us
- Basic usage data: pages visited and general device and browser information, collected through standard analytics tools
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, prepare response-time audits, schedule and hold calls, provide our services, improve our website, and meet legal obligations. We may contact business professionals using publicly available business contact information. Every such email includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs permanently.
3. Data in the systems we build for clients
When we build an intake system for a client firm, the firm controls the information its prospective clients submit. We process that information only on the firm's instructions and only to operate the service.
- It is stored in accounts the firm owns wherever possible.
- We configure AI services so it is not used to train AI models.
- We do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
People who contacted a client firm should direct privacy requests to that firm, and we will help the firm respond.
4. Text messages
Text messages are sent only to people who have given consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email, scheduling, messaging and AI providers, under their own privacy terms, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Where data is processed
Our service providers store data primarily in the United States. Members of our team may access data from outside the United States, under the same confidentiality and security practices.
7. Retention
We keep website inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Client system data is kept for the period agreed with each client firm and deleted or returned when the engagement ends.
8. Security
We use two-factor authentication, encrypted credential storage, restricted access and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of our emails, by writing to hello@first60hq.com.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
